Hi, I’m Natalie Barrentine.
Pain and dysfunction in the body keeps us from living our best lives. My life’s calling is to help bring people out of pain and to get them functioning better so they can get back to being themselves.
I work with multiple approaches of the body to help find the root cause of issues and discomfort to give you lasting result!
I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and Neurosomatic Therapy practitioner who specialize in helping people return to living without pain. I enjoy working with athletes, golfers, TMJ cases, and complex problems that don’t respond to other treatments.
After going to University of South Florida and spending some time working in the mainstream healthcare system, I saw how much more impact I could make addressing pain in alternative routes and chose massage therapy instead. I completed my training at the Center for Neurosomatic Studies, where I built a strong foundation in clinical assessment, postural correction, and identifying the neurological and muscular root causes of pain. I am certified Level 1 with Titleist Performance Institute for golf athletes.
I work with sports injuries, chronic pain, and medical/clinical conditions using a whole-body, root-cause approach rather than simply treating symptoms.
My Approach
Pain is rarely caused by the place it hurts. My goal is to identify the underlying movement restrictions and muscular imbalances contributing to your symptoms, then create a treatment plan that helps your body heal and move better.
Every session combines clinical assessment with hands-on treatment so you leave understanding why you're in pain—not just feeling temporary relief.
Individualized Treatment
No two bodies are alike. Whether you're recovering from an injury, training for competition, or dealing with chronic pain from everyday life, every treatment is tailored specifically to your needs using evidence-informed manual therapy techniques.
Clinical Assessment
Each appointment begins with movement and testing to identify the structures contributing to your pain. Rather than following the same routine for every client, treatment is customized to your body and your goals.
